3-WEEK BEGINNER STRENGTH SERIES

The FemFluencer 3-Week Beginner Strength Series is a menopause-friendly, at-home program built for midlife women who are ready to start but don’t want to guess. You’ll work out 3 days per week for 30 minutes with no equipment, using simple, safe movements that build strength, improve posture, and help you stay consistent. Each week includes a downloadable PDF with clickable demo links so you can tap and see proper form for every exercise—because confidence comes from clarity.
